How do I care for my ceramics?
All functional items are food safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe (although I recommend hand washing). Handle with care, avoiding extreme or sudden changes in temperature and if dropped or treated roughly, breakages will occur.
Do you do orders + re-stocks?
Unfortunately I cannot do custom orders at this time. Each object is made unique, either as a one off or limited run. Stay updated on new work and releases via my Instagram - come and say hello!
Do you have a shop front?
Not at the moment but if you’re interested in visiting my studio, please get in touch!
Will the item I purchase look the same as the photo?
The item in the photo is the exact item that you will receive. Photographs are made to represent the item as accurately as possible. Slight imperfections (that do not effect function) are celebrated and intentional, revealing the handmade nature of the work.
Can I return my item?
Orders are final and returns and exchanges can only be offered if the wrong item has been sent or has arrived damaged. If this is the case, please immediately photograph the item and get in touch within 7 days so a remedy can be made.
Shipping
All orders within Australia are charged a flat $12 shipping fee. I am currently posting via Australia Post.
Please select the free pick-up option if you would like to pick-up your item from my studio (located in Toowoomba CBD). Once your order is made, I will email to discuss a pick-up day.
I am currently only shipping within Australia - stayed tuned for international options.
I do my absolute best to use recycled and re-used packaging, until I finalise a greener solution.
Delivery
Orders will be packed and processed within 7 days. The arrival of your parcel will then depend on where it is being sent. This can be anywhere between 2-7 days (approximately). Please expect delivery delays due the COVID-19 virus.
